The watermark operation draws your text across every page in a bold font, rotated at an angle and set to low opacity, a common way to label drafts as confidential. The rotate operation turns the current orientation by 90 degrees, which is handy for fixing scanned pages that came in sideways. Password protection locks the document so it asks for a key when opened.
