When Reordering Pays Off

Scanners frequently deliver pages out of sequence, especially with double-sided originals or mixed stacks. Presentations often need sections rearranged after a first draft, and collaborative documents accumulate pages in odd spots as co-authors drop in new material. Even a well-made PDF can benefit from moving the appendix earlier or pulling an executive summary to the front.

Instead of rebuilding the document page by page in a heavy editor, you visually drag tiles into the order you want and confirm. Each tile is labeled with its original page number and its current position, and the sequence updates live as you work, so you can see the exact chain of pages before committing to a download. How to Reorganize a PDF

1. Select a PDF by clicking the upload area or dragging the file into it. The tool reads the file locally and shows a grid of page tiles.
2. Look at each tile, labeled with its original page number and current position in the sequence.
3. Drag a tile onto another position to move it; the order updates live as you drop each page.
4. Review the final sequence shown on screen, then save the new order and download the reorganized PDF.

Pages you do not move keep their exact content, fonts, and layout — only their position in the file changes. If the result is not quite right, a restore option redownloads the original file so you can start over without digging through your folders.
